Your employees look up to you...

...where do you find the answers?

"To make the right decisions, business owners need information and insight they trust enough to act on. Their most credible sources for information, insight, and even inspiration are their entreprenurial peers who share similar responsibilities, stresses, opportunities and passion for growth. The quality of CEO decisions is greatly enhanced by perspective gained through effective peer learning."

~Edward Lowe Foundation, 2004

The Edison Materials Technology Center along with the Manufacturing Technology SBDC are proud to present Ohio PeerSpectives RoundTables, developed by the Edward Lowe Foundation.

What Are PeerSpectives RoundTables?

PeerSpectives RoundTables are a highly effective way for fast-growing non-competing business owners to improve their ability to make better decisions faster by regularly sharing experiences in a structured, confidential setting under the direction of a skilled facilitator. Such RoundTables also offer psychological and emotional support from people who truly understand the pressures and the responsiblities of running a high growth company.

Why Should I Join A RoundTable?

Founders of fast-growth companies often find that a peer group doubles as a strategy session and lessons the isolation a busy cheif executive often feels. Owners, CEO's and Presidents collect tips and tools to manage professional challenges, as well as gain emotional issues that often affect their businesses.

Roundtable groups are composed of eight to 12 non-competing business owners who gather for confidential sharing of experiences and challenges approximately 10 times over a 12-month period. Participation is limited to qualified owners, CEOs, and presidents of growth-oriented Second-Stage™ companies.

For more information click here for the Membership Guidelines.

The cost to participate for one year is $1,500. A typical RoundTable will meet 10 - 12 times throughout the year. Sessions usually lasts 3 - 4 hours, lunch included.
